This PAL to NTSC converter easily converts PAL composite ( rca) or S-video or SCART RGB to either NTSC Composite ( RCA) , or S-video. Picture is rock steady thanks to the built in time base corrector. Works for the smallscreen and the largescreen alike and the reproduction is superb. We set the machine for you so it' ready to go out of the box. We include a S-video and audio out high quality lead to scart converter as there is not a scart facility on most NTSC tv's but some tv's do not carry the croma info and you may get a black and white picture so just use the composite leads provided if this does become a problem.

Although it is described as an Upscaler, the reason we have put it in this section is that it will switch frequencies so that a PAL HDMI signal can be watched on a NTSC HDMI tv and the same goes for the other way around.
